20'x40' Mesh - CES Rectangle Inground Safety Pool Cover - 20 ft x 40 ft In Ground Winter Cover with 4'x8' Center End Steps (Green)

Wanted a pool cover without the price tag and this fit my wants! It’s very heavy and replaced an old cover flawlessly.

This product only lasted one season. It then got small holes all around and they just got worse as time went on. The liner was stored in our heated basement and was taken care of. The case for the liner came broke so was not ever even used. I have tried to get the company to replace the liner now for almost two years but they have horrible customer service and ignore my emails. The 20 year warranty is prorated per them so I guess they plan to drag this out for 20 years so they don’t have to make it right. I would definitely never buy anything from this company. It’s been a nightmare.

The cover was delivered several days ahead of the projected schedule, so that was good. However, when I started the installation, things did not go so well. The instructions detailed the threading of the straps thru the clamps for the springs. But ... the metal ends of the straps were too big to fit thru the clamps. So .. I had to figure out a way to remove the metal ends, thread them thru the clamps, and then reattach the metal ends. It all worked out in the end, but it sure was a pain in the behind to have to deal with. It should never have happened, and if a QA check had been made it wouldn't have.

Have only had cover on for a month but it was pretty easy to install once everything was laid out, recommend watching videos online first to help. As far as we can tell it is going to work for our situation, Pecan tress all around pool !!! once leaves dry we just blow them off,, so far so good.

The bag that came with the cover was broken at the first use when my pool guys put the folded cover into the bag. I contacted the seller for a replacement. The seller refused to send a replacement and said the bag is not under warranty. The seller meant its' customers are required to have their own bag for the cover it sells. It is just nonsense!

Product did not arrive with storage bag, installation directions nor warranty as described. Material is VERY lightweight. I have requested return for two days and company keeps stalling process. I will call Amazon and cancel my account if this continues.

Cover fit perfectly and very nicely made. No problems at all.
