I honestly don't know why the only review for this product gives it one star. I put this petticoat on under one of my dresses and it made it look huge! So puffy! I love it! It looks adorable. It's also pretty easy to sit down and which is a huge Plus for me because I'm disabled and was worried that sitting down in a hoop skirt would be complicated. You really can't beat the quality of this hoop skirt for the price.

Very cute, but a bit smaller than I expected even though I took my measurements. Will update after exchanging the hoop skirt for a larger size

Thought this would not be so full. had to remove hoop. this is only only for short garments.

The description states that the waist can stretch to 41 inches. I have a 35 inch waist, and it was almost unfortunately tight. I had to shimmy to get it over my hips, which I expected. It also appears much less full on than it does in the picture, probably because I am at the upper end of the size range. If you have a 34+ inch waist, you might want to look for a plus size skirt.

It was easy for her to put on a fit very well. The quality was nice. The only thing was it was a little shorter than I would’ve liked because it didn’t go all the way down to the end of her dress.
