 Great light with many modes. Makes a small hum when it rotates but you can barely hear it - I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a rotating night light at a reasonable cost.

The projector occasionally stops rotating. One night, it stops, and another few nights it starts rotating again. I've had this projector for a few months now, and aside from the rotating mechanism it still shines brightly. Overall, it's still a great projector. It picks up a lot of dust when left uncovered though.Edit 06/08/17Customer service read my review, and was very kind enough to send me a brand new lamp, which shines and rotates perfectly. Great service and great product. Simple to use. Just plug in to use and unplug in the morning. It shines so bright that you can see the stars clearly in a dark room, and easily far after sunrise.

Oh my god, it works! It really, really works! I've seen many in the past (plenty with bad reviews too), so I was a bit skeptical at first, specially with how cheap it was. Imagine my surprise when I plugged it in and it lit up my room! I love it!One thing I will say tho, is that the images (the stars mostly) are a bit blurry. They appear more like circular blobs. The crescent moon on the other hand, looks bright and wonderful up with the rest of the lights.It asks you for batteries, yet it comes with a cord, so I was a bit confused about what to do at first. Turns out, it works both ways! Batteries, if you wish to carry it around with you, and the cord, if you have no batteries. I will say this about the cord, though: it needs one of those converters that allows you plug into a wall socket, otherwise, the end is similar to that of a UBS drive.

The best stargazing system I have ever used. Just purchase a USB charger that plugs into any outlet including an extension cord and you have your wonderful power source. The lights rotate or are stationary depending on how you set it using the buttons. The stars and moons are very very beautiful and the lights are very powerful, being LED. I have had many stargazing systems and have been disappointed by all of them. This is the best one that I have ever purchased. I always set mine on moving and also on multicolor. It provides a very peaceful and psychedelic atmosphere on the ceiling and walls. Just remember that it uses USB power so remember to purchase a USB charger. I have it plugged into one that plugs into an extension cord so I could set it in the middle of the room on a table. It's the best unit I have ever seen in a works perfectly. Very beautiful.

It works really well! The only hiccup is it is either battery or usb powered. We don't have USB outlets in our home but it wasn't a problem for us because I have plenty of of adapter blocks but I'm taking off a star because I feel it should come with one.As far as operating it works great! Beautiful stars and very bright! The picture is a bit blurry because my son likes the rotating feature.We are 1 for 2 of boys falling asleep in the room with it. The 3 year old is thrilled and loves it. The one year old likes it but not enough to actually sleep in his room lol. I do wish it had a timer but it's not a big deal for me to go in and turn it off before I go to bed since my son sleeps with his door open.
