Great value, durable
At 40L, it is larger than the average book-bag type backpack. Fits the bill for my purposes, and I have a lot of outdoor experience.Military design throughout, which is excellent. It is amazingly durable.The internal frame could be better, but considering how much can be packed on the outside I would buy it again for that feature alone.

Perfect size for a day hike with room for extras that you may need in case an emergency turns it into an overnighter. Comfy straps and easy access to the whole pack.
