Best 2k I've ever spent.
I bought this after a demo at my local Costco and the assurance of the sales person that it would help my back. Prior to using it I suffered back pain on a daily basis: getting out of my car, out of bed, sitting at the kitchen table, not to mention pulling my lower back out on occasion, keeping me immobile for days. I use it almost every day and haven't felt back pain since. In addition, for years I haven't been able to scratch my back without wincing from the pain in my shoulder. Now, I can't even find that pain.The only negative is that the HRM is a joke.

Great machine and I was told by a representative at Zaaz that the only listing on Amazon that is covered by the Zaaz Warranty and Customer Service is the seller from Zaaz Movement, which is the Zaaz Company. The machine was much less on Amazon than on the actual Zaaz Movement web site. The machine is great and I highly suggest it for anyone looking for a low impact movement that provides a workout for your legs.

Great, but terrible customer support
The ZAAZ is amazing works really well. I ordered from an Amazon vendor and there was a missing wire. ZAAZ customer service was horrible they are not helpful not nice I don’t recommend them. The seller on Amazon was great took care of the situation with no issues

No directions
Love my ZAAZ BUT it didn’t come with any directions or pamphlets or anything extra that I thought it would have…. I contacted the company and they said they would send it to me but never did, pretty bummed out about that. Other than not very good customer service, I got it figured out and really do enjoy using it after my workouts…

Exercise without effort
It is an easy way to exercise and tone. For me it is building up heartrate. And when you live in a climate where it can be well over 100 degrees for much of the day, this sure beats walking outside!

Evidently not well made. Too expensive for the amount of good I got from it.
I like the product fine, but it didn't last long. The company does not stand behind it unless you buy their warranty at time of sale. The warranty is pricey. Obviously they know it wont hold up very long. I used it 200 times, now doesn't work.According to the maker, the person I bought it from was not an authorized seller. That information was withheld from me.This is a lot of money to spend to be left hanging with a faulty piece of equipment.It seems to me that I should at least have a partial refund. I will not purchase from this seller again, neither can I recommend this product.
