Dark Belgian Chocolate, 55 Leonidas Pralines, Truffles Caramels, Ganache, Creams in Gift Box

Bought for second time in three weeks. First box was wonderful .Second box very disappointing .This selection had 8 pieces of wrapped plain chocolate which no one wanted and made it an expensive buy. You can make your own selection but this costs considerably more. I love these chocolates and have bought a lot over the years but feel the price is getting unreasonably high.

These were a present for my wife who does rather like a bit of dark chocolate.On the basis of the odd one that came my way it was nice if you like dark chocolate.On the basis of a statistically small sample 4 stars.

The worst purchase of this brand of chocolates I have made. The chocolates looked 'tired', without the usual shine to their appearance, and with blemishes to the surface. Just like elderly 'seconds'. The range was very restricted, to a selection of about six types of chocolate. The box and packing were not what I have been used to, either. Luckily the flavour was unimpaired, but this was a special birthday present purchased at a time when we were confined to the house through lockdown. This was the most I have ever spent on chocolates, and I expected better. Pity.If circumstances had been different I would have sent them back.

My wife Anna just loves Dark chocolates and always has .. Well worth the cost .. Will buy again in the future

I love Leonidas chocolates and how convenient you don't have to go to Belgium to buy them. I have been ordering them via Amazon for many years, love the chocolates and very impressed with the efficient delivery service.
