Bought these for supposed “Weight loss”! They did absolutely 0% nothing for me.

I have been purchasing Tejocote for about a year now! I use it to make me regular. I am not sure about weight-loss and I do workout and for the most part eat healthy. It can give you the runs if you eat a lot of greasy food. Just make sure you are close by the restroom! Other than that I use this regularly and it helps me to be regular!

After taking this for a week I noticed irregular heart beats I stop taking them for a couple of days then I felt better.
