I only bought one place setting, before buying all 8 settings! Color was perfect. High quality - Stoneware setting quality was more than I expected. Very well made! I price shopped with other vendors before buying. Best price thru Amazon! Total settings are perfect! Stoneware, color, size! Sure to last a long time! Will always be in style! Wish they carried platters, serving dishes ... to have a complete dinnerware set!

The color is more of a light gray with blue specs. Sort of disappointed as I was expecting a warm beige

Very elegant ceramic dishware, however the specks are blue. Kinda changes the tone to a cooler one as opposed to black but still looks very nice.

I bought this set in several colors and it looks absolutely nothing like the picture. I was expecting a pink or mauve, muted color with black specks and what arrived was a poorly dyed red set that looks like a preschool art project. Out of all the colors I ordered, only the blue looks remotely like the photo, but again not all the pieces are dyed properly. This company should be forced to update the photos or remove the item.

I actually thought this was a 16pcs set only because I didn't read it nevertheless this set is amazing and stunning, so I don't mind it only being a 4pc

This 4-piece set is really, really pretty. Very well made, heavy and would likely last a long time with good care. The color is pretty, the feel is smooth and I like the design with the beveled edges and speckles.Here's my issue: it states it's a 4-piece table setting and once I saw the price, I made a mistake in assuming this meant it was for a service of 4. Each piece being $10 would mean a full service for 4 gets very pricey, very quickly. It is a well-known name, but I am hard-pressed to say a service for four is worth it for $160 when there are so many other really beautiful stoneware sets less expensive and equally nice. If you are in for the investment, these are worth it... probably.They did wash up nicely in the dishwasher, which is great. The other downside for me is they get hot in the microwave, something you are warned about right on the bottom of the plate. So, again, be aware of this if you and your family use the microwave, you'll always need hot pads to handle them.I think these two things are somewhat deal breakers for me but overall, it's a very beautiful set. Just know what you are getting into before investing.

Purchased for my son in the military. He doesn't have much room so one place setting was all he needed and it needed to be microwave safe. He likes it very much.
