I have an ENT problem that requires me to rinse my nose every day. Initially, I was unsure about purchasing this cordless nasal rinse machine, but I was very pleased with the results. The device is easy to use, comfortable, and makes nasal irrigation much more convenient than traditional methods. The cordless design is particularly helpful, allowing me to use it wherever needed without being restricted by cables. The water flow is gentle yet effective, helping to clear my nasal passages thoroughly and leaving me feeling much more comfortable afterwards. The machine is well made, easy to clean, and holds a good charge. It has become an important part of my daily routine and has made regular nasal rinsing far easier and more efficient. Just make sure you buy salt for it, or buying the the version comes with salt .

Received my item yesterday and used it for the first time today and I found it very easy to use. I have been suffering with blocked sinuses for a while and even after the first use I feel so much better. I would definitely recommend this product.

This works very well for nasal irrigation, especially using the pulse system, and is much easier to use than netti pots or syringe systems. It's very well made with good quality hard plastics and accurately fitting joints. My only criticism is that the narrow, tapered design makes it slippery to hold when wet. When grasping it, it's too easy to drop it (it's quite heavy when full) or to press the power switch by mistake, squirting water in all directions. It would be improved by a ribbed neck for better grip, and shielding the control buttons to reduce the chance of pressing them accidentally. But the main thing is that it does the job so well.

Great. Cheaper and so much easier and effective then the 20 pound plastic bottle you get from the local chemist. Would be better if it had more grip for handling and a clearer or raised on and off button as uou use it blind. But you get the hang of it quickly.

Good product, does the job but has packed up after a year of use

Pretty good item, but if you've had surgery it may be too powerful. Great item, didn't even need to charge it out of th3 box, use this with NielMed sachets for nasal rinsing post Septoplasty. It works great and is very helpful now that the NHS botched my surgery. One word if warning though, even on the lowest setting, early on, almost blew my eyeballs out if the socket. So DON'T use it if you ar3 kit recover3d and h3aled up enough.

First of all let me say that the actual construction of this item is pretty much as I'd expect. The base is made of hard plastic and the top feels as solid as something like an electric toothbrush (though much more bulky in your hand). I'd hate to drop it because I reckon the base would shatter. It is however reasonably robust in feel. I've been a user of a neti bottle (squeezy type) for some considerable years and find relief from rhinitis through the year. I wasn't even aware that an electric device was an option until a relative told me they had one which is when I went to investigate. I figured it might be an improvement for my nasal irrigation. Using a plastic bottle is fine but regularly I felt the need to have a second bottle-full for use. I hoped that an electric pump would give me better relief. I've had this for a week now and honestly regret that I purchased it: I wish I'd simply purchased a second squeezy bottle. From the start it was a disappointment. The instructions don't mention adding salt to the tank - though it comes with some. They do mention rinsing the brine out with fresh water though. There are three sets of nasal plugs (two of each size) and yet they are not mentioned in the instructions at all. If you want to find out what they are for you need to look at the listing on here. Filling the rinse tank is meant to be achieved via a small hole that flips open in the base. I'm not sure what benefit this has as it is much easier to pour in boiled and cooled water via the top of the tank having taken it off the device entirely. Similarly adding the salt is easier doing it via the top of the tank than via the hole in the side. In use I found the plugging of my nose far less consistent than when I used a squeezy bottle. Watching the video on the listing and seeing the photos on the listing they have done a good job to capture someone where the water isn't simply going everywhere. I've tried different nozzle sizes and find one fits better than the others but it isn't ideal. The power setting doesn't feel very different on any given setting. Pulse feels a little pointless. Higher power just empties the tank even faster without better results. If you look at the photos you'll see a lump at the bottom of the tube in the tank. This needs to stay submerged to keep the flow going. The result is that as you try to tip the thing towards the end of use the flow splutters and you simply waste water. Overall, after a week of trying this, I've found it to be pretty ineffective. I think it will help some people but really I'd suggest you save yourself a heap of money and simply buy a squeezy bottle. I shall persist with it, for the moment, as I have now got it. But it is in the list of "purchases I regret".

After being number one in the manual device sector, here we come with the natural evolution. Much better. Any doctor would recommend pressure, manual gravity is not enough. Here you can choose the right size for your nose and select the type of pressure you like. The patented system for pumping the water in any position is very good. Please check the hole is empty from fabric rests, eventually remove them with a little knife or a screwdriver. I am enthusiast with this product. Salt should come from the sea and be natural. Water should be pure, approximately 37 Celsius degree. Use only the tap on the top, not the one on the side down. Mix it with the ball inside, you don't need a spoon. Put your head down, 45 degree, open your mouth and breath all the time, in front of the mirror. Put your head in front, next to the mirror, below the sink. Put the tool will inside your nose UP, checking that everything is well sealed. The water in this case come out only from your other nose channel DOWN. Once you do it once every evening, or once every morning, as you like, the water come out pratically cleaned. It takes one minute, a ritual before or after your teeth brushing. Humanity nowadays brush teeth. In the future everybody will also clean the nose. Don't but the American version with the double tank, it's a pain to clean and it's not necessary. You breath better. Avoid pollen. Synusite. For people from India this is crucial (red dot between eyes..). It helps against influenza, fluo, pandemia, covid. It's not preventing covid, but it helps to be always clean like a baby, against pollution, smog, dust, work,..Highly recommended. Never again without. SAV is excellent and very very fast.

I can't live without this thing! I didn't know what i was missing! I got really sick about a week ago and was sticker than I had been in years. I've got bad allergies pretty much all year round but this was awful. I was so congested I had to eat with my mouth wide open and even to breath I was keeping my mouth open all the time! I got a nasal rinse bottle and it helped but having to clean all the little pieces after every use when I was already so sick and weak sucked. I just kept imagining all the bacteria and germs in all my mucus going crazy in the bottle. And im actually not a germaphobe but I guess already being sick made me parinoid. I decided to order this mostly to get better consistent pressure from the saline water and it is a game changer but even more so I don't have to sterilize and scrub down every little piece of this. The settings are also amazing on this! There's a low and high and also pulses of water. I was using it a couple times in a row just bc i was so congested. So one bottle for one nostril and them refill it for the other nostril. I heat up the distilled water in a baggie sitting in got water. For mother's that breastfeed the way you thaw or heat up breast milk, or dad's who've thawed that milk. Its quick and put it in the bottle and add the saline solution and shake the weighed piece of the tubing around to get it to dissolve and then in a a back out it goes. Watching what comes out is satisfying and its got to help so much to get it out! I'll be in using this year round due to my allergies.
