This arrived with US voltage so cannot be used in the UK.
Apparently the time for returning this item has passed but this was bought as a Christmas present so opened only on Christmas Day.We were horrified to discover a US plug on it, since there was no mention on the seller's page that it was for use in US only. so it is very dangerous. If we had decided to change the plug for a three pin pug it would have caused a fire.This is totally unacceptable and VERY DANGEROUS and I want my money refunded.

It didn't work!
Product sourced from Amazon USA so had to buy a UK plug socket adapter. Once fitted the sharpener worked for a few seconds then stopped! Changed the plug fuse, checked external wiring. Nil result.

It should be clear that this is a US product with NO UK plug. Very poor advertising

This product appeared good, however, when using with minimal pressure the stones kept stopping.Useless.

120V only
Bought this after my last electric knife sharpner died. Good reviews so I ordered it from amazon.co.uk. The product is for US use only so why is it even on the UK sight or at least carries a warning that it is 120V AC not 120/240V AC. Waste of money and my time. I know I should have looked and seen it was a US seller but it was on the uk site with no voltage warnings so why not just buy. Will be more careful in future.

Knives sharpener.
This is the best knife sharpener we ever own. We almost gave up on finding something to sharpen our knives. This electric sharpener works great. Sharpens all our knives. Now, finally I can cut my vegetables without a problem. Great product!

no hay nada mas desagradable que al cocinar, tus cuchillos no tengan filo, pero esto se acabó, este aparato acabó con ese problema, cuchillos perfectamente afilados, para su utilización en casa lo recomiendo ampliamente.

Muy buen afilador.
Tengo dos semanas con el producto y he tenido una muy buena impresión de el. Considero que es un excelente afilador para el precio. Trabaja casi automáticamente dejando un filo impresionante en los cuchillos, sólo hay que seguir las simples instrucciones que vienen impresas en su caja. Falta ver que tanto dura, pero hasta la fecha considero que es una muy buena inversión si eres como yo, que odias los cuchillos desafilados.
