This product has changed my life. Christmas 1 year ago, I was attempting to make Christmas cookies. I would look at the recipe several times but I couldn't process how to make the cookies. I was forgetting things at home, repeating myself numerous times. My husband did some research and suggested that I start taking this supplement. Praise the Lord! My memory is so much better now. I can make recipes, I can walk into a room and recall what was I looking for. I don't know what I would do without this product. I can't tell you how this has changed my life. I usually mix the powder with yogurt or applesauce since it can be a little gritty.
