These are great! So much easier to use then the bulky wrap around gel packs. They are soft, with a velcro attachment. I wear a fuzzy sock and put the ice wrap over top, works great. Comes in a 2 pack, I only need one at a time. One stays in the freezer, so I always have a cold one. Freezes fairly quickly. Even comes with a sealable pouch to keep them clean when you don't need them. Great wraps for the price.

I have been using ice packs for my Plantar Fasciitis for some months now but this is exactly what I looking for. This ice pack wraps around several pain areas at one. Other Ice packs are flat and only cover smaller areas at one time. I use it routinely and sometimes at night. Initially I used it daily several times a day. Now that I am at a point my Plantar fasciitis is manageable, I mostly use it with flare-ups. The materials are of great quality and appear durable. The size is optimal, I wear a women's size 7 and my son who wears a size 9. We can both use it comfortably as it us adjustable with secure velcro closures. I have yet to use it with heat or as a warm pad because my foot pain responds excellently with ice as it helps with the inflammation and also numbs the area resulting in further decreasing the pain. I would imagine it is versatile with warmth as it is with cold.

Ankle ice wrap works pretty well, coldness touching quite a bit of ankle surface area, it folds narrow so it doesn't take much room in the freezer. It could be larger to go around an enlarged swollen ankle. Stays cold for 20 minutes or so.

We have been using these for several months now and the are holding up well, the Velcro is still working fine, they stay cold for a good 20-30 after removing them from the freezer. I would suggest wearing socks while using them. good value and the size fits pretty good as well. definably helps relieve some pain in the foot and ankles, and not very heavy.

im a size 8.5. i dont think this extendes far enough for a foot ever of my avrerage size foot if you have Plantar Fasciitis. nontheless, it's sturdy, works well, but i just wish it extended a little further as the picture looks.

Do you need an ice pack for an ankle or foot injury? This is it. I fractured my heel 7 weeks ago and ordered this about 2 weeks into recovery. It has worked excellent. Can even zap it in the microwave for a warm pack. Stays in place good and tight. Would probably work for an elbow injury as well. Worth the money.

I was Anxious I. Anticipation of this product, as I've been SUFFERING with an injury to my Achilles tendon. I have flat ice packs but they just weren't doing the trick, even when I tried wrapping them around my foot. This arrived ON TIME, as stated. The material is soft on outside with a Velcro strap to close it once you place your foot inside. I wear a size 7 woman's shoe and this is comfortable, and fits nice. I think I'll be ordering another one as backup/alternating ice pack. They include a bag to place item in when in Freezer to keep from picking up freezer orders. Good Value for the money.

I am very happy with this product that I purchased two of them as they are only sold by one. The price was reasonable. They worked great for my ankles. These also come with a plastic bag for storage as well. The price is very reasonable.

My saving grace! Since fracturing my ankle this has been the best purchase I've made. Its a perfect fit and nice and cold when needed.

These ankle wraps can be placed in the freezer, which brings a nice cooling relief to your ankles. They fit very well. The velcro staples allows you to tighten it as much as you like. I would definitely recommend this product.
