Nice ice pack for your ankles
We have been using these for several months now and the are holding up well, the Velcro is still working fine, they stay cold for a good 20-30 after removing them from the freezer. I would suggest wearing socks while using them. good value and the size fits pretty good as well. definably helps relieve some pain in the foot and ankles, and not very heavy.

Easy and comfortable
Do you need an ice pack for an ankle or foot injury? This is it. I fractured my heel 7 weeks ago and ordered this about 2 weeks into recovery. It has worked excellent. Can even zap it in the microwave for a warm pack. Stays in place good and tight. Would probably work for an elbow injury as well. Worth the money.

Decent ankle wrap for the money.
Ankle ice wrap works pretty well, coldness touching quite a bit of ankle surface area, it folds narrow so it doesn't take much room in the freezer. It could be larger to go around an enlarged swollen ankle. Stays cold for 20 minutes or so.

Great ankle ice pack
This worked great on my ankle. They get very cold in my freezer and stay cold for a good amount of time. I leave this on my ankle for 20 minutes and it's still very cold when I take it off. This is my second Hilph product (first was for knee) and I would definitely purchase again. Velcro stays put and the size is perfect.

Does not stay col long enough!
These are large enough, can fit snugly around the foot, but they just do not stay cold long enough to be very effective.

The ankle ice pack works well. The contents are a gel so the wrap maintains it's flexibility. I wear a size 14 men's shoe so the wrap is small on my foot but probably work better on a smaller foot

They wrapped my ankle pretty well. You do have to freeze them for several hours before they’re effective in reducing any soreness or swelling.

Great for inflammation
Love this. Had inflammation in my ankle and plantar fasciitis. This is a huge help! My only issue is that I wish it stayed cold longer but I suppose inflammation makes your foot warm!
