The insert fits the Longchamp LePliage Large handbag perfectly, almost too much so. You kind of have to squish the insert into the bag. It fills up all the corners of the bag very well, but I wish it didn't. I would've liked more "slouchiness" in the bag's shape. Also, I'm not a fan of the felt. I think it feels cheap, but it does keep the bag lightweight. The pocket placement is poorly done. It doesn't utilize the space well--all the pockets in the insert are placed on either side inside the insert, positioned in the middle across from each other, making the sides of insert sag inwards when you put stuff in the pockets. It becomes hard to find stuff that you've placed inside the insert. There are 3 pockets on each side of the insert, 6 pockets in all. There are two more slot type pockets on either side of the insert's exterior. I absolutely hate that it has a zipper that you can zip the insert shut. I never use it, and the zipper's tails never fail to stick up out of the bag when I go to zip the handbag itself. Instead of the zipper, I think a clip where you can clip your keys and a water bottle pocket in the corner of the insert would've been more useful. One of the interior pockets is sort of a water bottle pocket, but the placement is awkward. I've tried the insert in my other non-Longchamp totes, and it works well with them too.

Game. Changer. If you have a large bag with minimal pockets, you need this organizer! It has so many compartments so that everything doesn't get stuck jumbling around in the bottom of your bag. Makes it easy to stay organized and grab what you need. This fits perfectly into the large sized Longchamp Le Pilage

Fits perfect in my large Longchamp bag. Keeps my bag from slouching and everything organized. I even tried swapping into my LV Palermo GM and it fit! Nice heavy duty felt material. My iPad and A5 planner fit perfectly in the two side slip pockets. Will be ordering other sizes for my other bags.
