Great on black paper. Great mixed with other colors and watercolors. Mixing madness unleashed possibilities. Worth it.

I don't like the colors
The media could not be loaded. Very tricky application. And the colors doesn't paint smooth, they dry patchy

They are very nice but...
... not really seeing that much of a difference between these and the Prima sets, which cost a WHOLE lot less, so I have to take a star away as the value for price is just not there. One slightly irritating thing was that the set came with all of the cakes rattling around loose, like they were never snapped in. Not just this one, but the other Earth set that I bought was the same way.

Best as a top layer
Used alone they do not produce the color effect most desire. However, I use them as a layering effect over darker colors after they have dried as a wash and like the results.
