I like the Scandi style of cooking and after reading this I was inspired to out together my own version of some of the recipes, but most of the recipes use things that I do not have, or just don't find that inspiring. I don;t expect that I'll be referring to it that often. The comparison to Delia on the front cover should have put me off, I don;t find her that inspiring either.
