I woke up 7-8 times before. After I had it, it reduced to 2-3 times, and I can have deep sleep around 3 hours, it helped !

Hard to tell if it works
Been using it a while. The nutrients themselves most likely give me small daily benefits, I'm not going to doubt that. Though, I'm not a top candidate to judge this since my blood and anxiety are pretty good already. This most likely is giving some boost. It's handy to have. But as for sleep as its told, research tells me to take it exactly 30 minutes before bed. Does it make me feel more relaxed? It doesn't switch my brain off but at the very most I do feel a little but calmer. Could be a placebo effect. Is my sleep overall better? Not really. I still think it comes down to individuals and should be worth a try at ours price .If you want the prolonged magnesium citrate effects for other benefits, don't miss a day until its done. Also do not take 2 tablets. The dose for the Magnesium Citrate is pretty high already in this.Overall would I recommend it? No. I'm just saying if your have spare money then there is a chance its not a lost cause for sleep. As for the general health benefits, why not give it a go? You'll mote likely get the rest of the benefits, as opposed to the sleep ones.

Wow
After trying numerous sleep medication thay don't make you feel rubbish the day after... I stumbled across these and all I can say wow these are fantastic I use to sleep terrible... These tablets put me into a 3 hour deep sleep and 4 to 5 hour light sleep I wake once rather than 9 to 10 times a night... They have chnaged my life completely thank you nuke nutrition
