The media could not be loaded. This is my first time using outdoor pizza oven, it gets so hot very quickly, when it at 900 degrees, you better be ready to pull pizza out. I would say get enough dough to practice a few times you will surprise yourself. It seems like a lot of work for pizza, but once it is up and going you can cook a lot of pizza in a very short time, very good for a party or big family.

Overall, this item works great. Giving 4 starts because at higher temps, the metal warps and the turn knob does not work. Not. Huge deal, but not perfect.

The media could not be loaded. First time using and base that pizza stone sits on, warped to where it's touching the bottom and won't rotate properly. After cooking, the base reforms to about where it was originally but not 100%. Now the rotation gear isn't working. I cannot rotate pizza stone, even after it cooled off. For the price i expected way better. I read the reviews and figured those that had similar issues, weren't using it correctly or it was an isolated issue. See what happens with customer service.

I have had the thing for 4 days now and will share my experiences. I may update this later after i have more experience with it.First the good. I have mostly used propane and it heats up fairly quickly. The turn table spins really easily when not at the full temperature. Then turn table handle remains cool to the touch even at full heat. I have made a few good pizzas, flat breads, and put a cast iron pan in there to make some chicken and veggies all with good results.Now the bad. At full temperature the oven warps. The only time i tried pellets the frame under the pellet hopper warped upwards causing the pellet hopper to not sit flat in the oven. Also at full temperature the metal frame under the stone warps and can drag on the bottom of the oven making it hard to turn the table. The cord for the propane it comes with is really short. I had to put the tank on the table for the cord to reach.Note when using pellets. At present i have only used them once but intend to use them more. Make sure the pellets have flame, not smoking. Initially i thought it was properly lit but it wasn't getting up to temperature. When i checked it was just smoking with no flame. After i got it let properly it got up to temperature but then started burning up that soot it made from the smoke earlier. Lots of black smoke. After letting it cool and wiping off the soot it worked well after that.Overall i am happy with the product. It is fun and easy to use. I will try to bend the turn table tray in hopes of stopping it from dragging and ware gloves when setting it up and putting it away so i don't cut my hands up. It would be nice if it had adjustable legs so i can level it when the table is not level.

We had such a fun family night making pizza! After reading so many reviews on many burning it we chose this pizza oven because you could spin it while it’s cooking. It helps to keep it rotating by the fire. Delicious pizza in 2 minutes . Highly recommend.

We always wanted one and so happy we purchased this one. Takes some getting used to as far as cook times but makes a great pizza.

So the propane regulator stopped working. The only way I can use the oven is if i use the weight of the propane tank to push on the knob. Was hoping to contact seller to see if they can sell a replacement or even warranty this one? Oven is only 2 months old, wasn’t used a ton.
