Delivery was good. No issues with the box or the contents being damaged in transit. That being said, especially in light of the comments/complaints about the bottles, it would have been helpful if there had been instructions in the box explaining what to do to use the products. I had to go to the website for that. Also, issues with the bottles; some might remember other products where you adjusted the spray on the bottle. These have the same adjustment, mine were not marked and there was nothing in the instructions to tell me. I like the hand soap but it really isn't anything to write home about. It foams, it cleans. It doesn't dry my skin when I use it. I like the glass container. The cleaners are an entirely different matter. One review I read talked about the requirement to wipe crumbs off the counter. I think that is a pretty low bar for a cleaner. So far I haven't been overly impressed with what I have seen of either of the cleaners. They hit that low bar but...
