Nearly perfect -just a slightly too sharp rim
Good quality, easy to clean, good conduction to check temperature of milk by hand.Only problem is the edge is too sharp and wide lipped so it can scratch the paint on a coffee machine if using an attachment for frothing and swirling the milk.

Disappointed
The jug is very poorly manufactured in the way the handle is attached. Also, the bottom of the jug is very thin so that I expect the milk to burn very easily when heated on the hob (which the description states it can be used for). I was going to send it back, but I would have to pay for postage which I was not aware off when ordering the item (my own shortfall). I decided to now keep it, but I am disappointed with the product.
