Where do I start? This is the worst product I've bought on Amazon. For starters, on arrival its really obvious that the engraving has been done in a totally different typeface to the rest of the sign, and the product arrived slightly bent and warped. Secondly, this looks nothing like the pictures. This is a piece of metal 1mm thick, that you are expected to glue LED lights to, "using a lighter to melt the glue" as quoted in the instructions! When lit, the black sign covers up the colour of the lights that are at best 10% as bright as the photos, and the middle bit isn't lit at all. Lastly, there are no instructions on how to fit it to the wall. The "kit" comprises of 6 screws and 6 plastic cylinders which I assume are to give the sign depth. But the screws are shorter than the cylinders so they're useless. Oh and there's no holes in the sign to fix it with anyway.So I've tried to return it but Amazon "don't accept returns on products with flammable gasses", that'd be the word neon that's quoted in the item description 3 times, despite the fact its about ten little led lights, a flat piece of metal and 6 screws! Needless to say I'm following this up and will be returning it eventually.Amazon, please get rid of this seller, not good for your brand!

Sign is Perfect lights make it so good it’s brilliant will defo order again

Purchased for a friend who has just bought a new home. It looks amazing, exceeded my expectations.However one downfall I'm a Prime Member and charged delivery for this product hence four stars instead of five.

It looks OK but yet to test it out as a small bag is attached with a stick of glue and what we hope are lights to be added, disappointed it's not ready to plug in given the cost and the lighting pack doesn't appear over substantial but we've not tried it yet, haven't got the energy to think about doing that just yet. But one of the better items we've ordered for our bar to date

I ordered this personalised sign because it said Neon. Do not buy this product if you are expecting neon lighting. It clearly advises as neon.The sign itself is black metal about 1m thick and that is ok but the lighting is a few small led bulbs that you have to use a lighter to glue them to the back of the sign. You can’t see all the lights. It’s pretty rubbish,I would never have brought this had I known . Don’t waste your money put it towards a proper neon sign.

The photo shows what I received a few weeks after ordering. It bears no resemblance to the photos on the product description. You are supposed to put it together using a glue stick and a lighter. I'm pretty good at assembling things but this is ridiculous. Seriously just click away from this and forget about it.

A good sign, but didn't realise I'd have to attach the led lights myself. The hot glue only holds the lights for a while. Relatively happy with the product, but would probably choose something else next time.

the sign its self is very makeshift really poor quality!? the the led cord comes out the top so the sign can not be hung, and is visible, this connection is very flimsy and subsequently broke and so doesn't work and is completely pointless. would have sent back but didn't look at it when is first arrived.
