Disappointing
The oven did not deliver as advertised.Less than a month after purchase and the bottom oven(bigger) is faulty so is now unusable.I contacted SYNTRONICS and they were of no help.They told me that if I wanted to return it then, i would not only pay the return costs but they would deduct the cash equivalent for using it.So, am stuck with it. Only one oven, the smaller is working defeating the aim of buying it for family use.If both ovens were working, it would have been a great product to have.
