For me it didn't hurt me it felt like you know how you pull a hair out of your head the same thing but when you move to the knees or thighs it hurts more and when you go on a lot of areas at one it will hurt best way is to start at a spot and go onver it a couple of times until your done then move on to the next spot it doesn't take that long

It works but doesn't pluck all hairs. Some were left cut. I think it's because of the speed. If the low setting is actually slower than the high one, would've worked better for the finer hair

I purchased this trimmer on Amazon, and unfortunately, it has become faulty after only a few uses in the span of three months. I kindly request to return this product and receive a replacement that functions properly. I am having difficulty locating the appropriate procedure to claim the warranty on this item. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
