So really? How can you tell? I drive my truck with two mounted in the front in the grill. It gets plenty of wind. We live in Wisconsin, and you’ll see deer carcasses along side rural areas and suburban highways. I’ve only seen deer from a distance while my wife, in her Fusion—up close and personal. Fortunately, no strikes. Last summer, we had the famous “100 year storm” featuring 25-30 minutes of golf ball sized hail. Sadly, my truck was caught outside in it. The initial estimate was in excess of $14k. Final cost was over $22,000. And yes, these things were damaged, too. They were not replaced by the body shop, and i immediately began seeing Deer like I was driving thru a preserve! Yes. These do work, and I’m sure will prevent vehicle deer Collisions. I wholeheartedly recommend. (The act of God damage? The group recommended insurance company for 55 plus raised our rates 5X what it was, even though it was an act of God, not a collision)

So far so good, I live around a big deer population area. I always come across 1 or 2. So far not one has popped up. So either this item works or hunting season got em all. 🤔

Didn't work for me here in Wyoming, nothing scares these deer!

Decided to try this on our Chevy Traverse, we have lots of deer around. Hopefully it works. Keep your fingers cross.

NO EXTRA TAPES as advertised. Two of the whistles with holes at the narrow end allowing air to blow through DO NOT WHISTLE. The two with the holes blocked work well.
