From the Manufacturer Orthopedically and ergonomically designed The Ferrino XL enhances any working or gaming experience. Most chairs on the market are stuffed with soft, yet unsupportive material, promoting back, neck, and shoulder pain. The Ferrino XL, on the other hand, is never stuffed, but constructed with a dense polyurethane foam core, orthopedically designed to support your spine. Adjustable features for your comfort To increase comfort, the Ferrino XL features 3D-adjustable armrests that can be raised or lowered by three inches, slide forward and sideways, and be positioned in three different angles to suit your needs. Flexibility for work and play The Ferrino XL’s power nap friendly backrest reclines from 85 to 155 degrees, while the seat tilts in five locking positions. 3 inch rim style caster wheels on an aluminum 5 point base insure smooth movement. Sporty aesthetic A single 2.5-inch color strip wraps around the perimeter of the chair back and seat for optimal appearance and durability. When combined with the diamond-pattern color stitching, the contrast creates a sharp, sporty aesthetic that few chairs can keep pace with. A wider, sturdier seat Though it is similar in appearance to the original Ferrino chair, the Ferrino XL takes comfort to a whole other level. Featuring a wider, more sturdy seat with extra padding that holds up to 350 pounds, this chair encourages productivity with a luxurious, roomy feel. A good buy on a well built chair
I've just assembled the chair and have been sitting in it for the last couple hours working. For reference, I'm 5'11, 145lbs. Here are some of my early impressions, good and bad:Good:-The neck and pillows are much more comfortable than I would have initially guessed.-The chair is firm without being hard, which in my mind is a good thing. Very soft chairs have no support and are killer on my back and spine-The chair was easy to assemble (I had no problems with the side pieces as other reviews have).-The chair looks nicer in person than it does in the photos. I have the brown on black and it's got a little pizazz without being gaudy. It looks at home with my wood furniture.-With the ability to adjust the tilt of the back and the two pillows, I find that I use the chair back much more than I was in my last chair (where I tended to lean forward all day).-I have bad posture and this construction of the chair encourages better sitting.Could be better (nothing was really bad):-I wish I could lock the casters. I work on hard wood floors and my chair wants to slowly drift backward while working. This encourages me to sit flat footed, which at the end of the day is a good thing.-The neck pillow is magic, but the back pillow requires frequent adjustment. I'm still getting used to it since I came from a chair with no lower back support, but I do find myself fiddling with the pillow quite a bit. If it sits too high, I get pressure in the wrong place. If it sits too low, I sit farther forward in the chair than feels correct. If I can find that Goldilocks position, however, it relieves a ton of pressure. I just wish that position was a bit easier to find and lock in place.I wish I could give it 4.5 stars. I don't know that I would universally recommend it, but I think it's well worth the money for most people.

Great Chair but it is too tall
I really like this chair, but it has a few issues.Pros:1. It has a carbon fiber cloth on the back! I did not know that but I love it2. it leans back pretty far and is incredibly sturdy3. my last chair had wobbly arms, these are amazingly planted4. assembly was not too bad (be sure you have another person to help)5. the chair incredibly comfortable and has great materialsCons1. I paid for 2 day shipping and it came in 5 days instead (late)2. at the lowest setting, the chair is still pretty high up, my knees do not fit under my desk (I have a pretty low desk though)3. the lumbar pillow is a joke. It just feels like a rock and I will never use it. The head pillow is not much better, but at least I use it.As for fit, I am 6'4" and 220 lbs, the chair has plenty of room for me, width and height. Could easily support taller / heavier people than me.

... this chair for about a week now and it easily is better than any chair I have had in ...
I have been using this chair for about a week now and it easily is better than any chair I have had in the past. When I first opened the packaging, the incredible build quality is what struck me. The sturdy metal base and legs and high quality leather and stitching scream a premium feel.Building the chair was difficult as it is quite heavy, but the instructions made the process easy to follow. I had a hard time installing the wheels onto the base. I tried multiple different strategies but there was no luck. After going to their website, I found a helpful video which helped me install the wheels in seconds. The included headrest and lumbar support are a great touch. I like the headrest but I rarely find myself using the lumbar.Over the past week I have noticed myself trying to sit up straighter. The lower and upper back support are incredibly comfortable. Although this chair encourages a productive posture, you can lower the back to a very comfortable and relaxing napping position. I would be lying if I said I haven't taken a few extra naps since I got this chair.I highly recommend this gaming chair.

Buyer beware
I normally don't post reviews, nor do I like reading bad unwarranted reviews. But a large price tag warrants this.I bought this chair about a month and a half ago, under the idea I wouldn't have to buy another chair for the foreseeable future.A month and half in and it broke. Please see attached pictures. I leaned back in the chair, and the spring literally shot out from the bottom of the tighten adjustment. Fortunately, that spring did not injure my dog that frequently lays underneath me. I'm not a big guy 6'2 200 pounds. This shouldn't have happened. It sent me into a blinding rage that a product deemed high quality and worth the cost could be so flimsy.Amazon is being great and sending me an exchange even thought it's past the 30 day return due to these circumstances aforementioned.I'll change the rating if this thing can hold together, it could be that I got a lemon.Either way- buyer beware.

Well made. A little firm but still comfortable
Well made and easy to build. Not quite as spongy as I thought it might be but you get used to the firmness pretty quickly and it becomes very comfortable. I guess the firmness helps with posture etc. Overall a nice chair so far.
