I had a bit of a problem with it constantly alerting me but then I figured out how to shut it off when it wasn’t being used. 👍

Great BUT...
Item is great but its way to big which makes the item super dangerous my pup was able to bite the tracker by putting his neck in a downward position.Today we found him with the tracker open battery out and all 🤦🏾♀️Overall the tracking itself is great the gps tracking is accurate and the software is easy to use.Definitely would recommend for a bigger dog but definitely dangerous for smaller dogs due to its size

Easily adjustable, with the neck was height adjustable.
The neck will flex allowing some adjustment but not enough for me. I wish the neck could adjust height wise. That's my only complaint really, seems well made and easy to put phone in and out. Overall 4 out of 5 stars.

Quick shipping, and an amazing value for the money. No subscription necessary, very easy to set up even for those of us that are not tech savvy.

Not really pet friendly
I bought to use as a pet tag like the description suggested but if the Bluetooth becomes disconnected it starts beeping until you turn the power off it scares the animal so I really don't have a use for it
