Great value. Fits perfect on my bike. Easy to install. Good quality

No instructions!
NOT WORTH THE MONEY! Was expecting a higher quality product for the price. No instructions at all, not even a bar code to scan to watch a video. Washers don't fit right for a smooth but firm swivel to move the arm rest away to get on and off the bike or open the trunk. The mounting bolts are not welded to the bracket holders. If one had not fallen out, I would have never seen the hex hole in the end to tighten it in the bracket since there were no instructions. Cushions on the arm rest are stiff and uncomfortable. Don't waste your money on this!

Very good quality and fit!

Very nice but....
Very nice looking. Feels solid so far. Fit well but ... Screws were very loose. Make sure you tighten ALL screws. I put loctite on all of them. The set screw on the bolt cover doesn't line up with the bolt at all. The bolt is too short. I put loctite on it and pray it holds. That's a quality control issues that needs to be addressed.

product is what i was wanting but there is no hardware
I would like to have some hardware that is supposed to come with the armrest. Am I supposed to go to hardware store to get mounting nuts and bolts.

Poor quality. No support team
Not satisfied. There were no instructions. On the first trip. The bottom cones fell off the arm rest.

Costing more doesn't always mean better!
This brand of passenger arm rest for the GL1800 looks as good if not better then the the more expensive model on Amazon's web site. It also seams to be better quality. I bought the more expensive ones several years ago and the chrome started peeling of after the warranty was over, Junk if you ask me! Will have to wait and see how the chrome plating holds up on these. That's why I gave them a 4 star rating. Time will tell! But very happy with the product and definitely happy with the price. Like I said, time will tell!!!!
