Lightweight AIR gel orthotic insoles for plantar fasciitis with unique breathable and comfort design (XL 11-13)

I have a spur on my left foot as well as arthritis. I have tried lots of insoles in vain. This one does help. Support where it's most needed and a nice cushion.

I now have to wear safety footwear at work, and due to arthritus in myfeet, i struggle to find insoles that make wearing the safety shoes bearable.I tried others but they made the already heavy shoes even heavier.Thankfully these are lightweight an thin, but still give the support thati need.If you have to wear safety shoes, remove the supplied insoles and replacethem with these, the shoes will be lighter, you will have more toe roomand still have the support required for sore feet.

These gel insoles from Pro II are great for anyone who is on their feet all day and need the extra support to alleviate Plantar Fasciitis and other foot issues. I find the insoles last me around 6 months, but that is because my working day involves walking 12-14 miles per day, five days per week. I have also found that the gel versions are the best out of the many options available.

These insoles will take a little getting use to but after 1 week they seem o.k, and didn't need cutting to size as I take size 11,

I have plantar fasciitis and got no relief at all, if anything the gel heal pad should be o the top of the insole,sorry waste of money
