This is a good product over all I ever used.

This is a good general-purpose probiotic featuring common, useful strains of gut-biome-fortifying organisms. While some probiotics focus on ill-studied and uncommon strains of Lactobacillus, Clostridium, and so on, the basic spore-forming Bacillus strains included are some of the most well-studied in the world, and especially B. coagulans has fairly well-documented good effects on the gut compared to many other products. These organisms themselves don't necessarily stick around in the gut after one stops taking the supplement, but they still help to create a lastingly healthier biome when taken. The supplement does have the most common GI side effects of discomfort, loose stool, and so on — I would strongly recommend taking it with food, and not when you're going to be away from a toilet — but apart from that it seems like a good choice to help with gut health. Recommended.

I like this pre- & probiotic supplement. It has so many good things going for it. One of the best things - only one pill a day! That is fantastic. So many supplements have you taking two, three or sometimes 4 pills a day to get the full benefit. It gets expensive, and who likes to take that many pills? These are large pills, but very easy to swallow.This supplement also has pre- + pro- + post- biotic strains, all to support digestive health. Refrigeration is not needed. All of these things and more make this a good supplement.

I like this vegan probiotics supplement. It contains 5 billion CFUs of probiotics in 3 different strains, FOS prebiotic and Maktabolite postbiotic for healthy gut support. It seems to help with my gas and bloating issues. I like that the capsules are not too large and easy to swallow. A capsule once a day.This come in a translucent brown plastic bottle, double sealed for your protection. This is a 90-day supply. The 3-in-1 vegan formula helps with regularity and gut health. It works well for me so far. For the current price of $0.24 per serving, it is a good value for the money. Worth giving it a try. Good product.

I can no longer get the probiotics I used to use and so after a a lot research online I settled on this brand, it had good reviews and wasn't astronomically priced. While on these, my digestive issues returned and I was struggling with regularity and bloating. I became suspicious that these were actually live strains. So, I opened up a capsule, mixed it into some whole milk, and let it sit for a full 30 hours at a temp of 73 degrees. I checked on it periodically. Nothing. Not one little curd waw formed. These are dead as doornail strains of pro & prebiotics folks. No bueno.
