This is a beautiful clock. We actually purchased another clock from this company (another style and size). We liked it so much, we bought this one when we needed another clock. It's very pretty and works well. When it arrived, it wasn't working, though. I wrote to the seller and they sent out two new mechanisms (with new clock hands also). It was easy to replace the faulty one and the clock began working right away.

Very disappointed with this clock. The clock looks really nice but the device that makes the clock work, doesn’t work. The company offers free lifetime replacement of the device that makes the clock tick, but none of them work. I had 2 replacements come from this company but neither worked very long. I tried to work with the company, but the clock never worked. I requested a refund and they said that I was outside of the very short return period. I was outside of that period because I had to wait for 2 different devices to come in the mail, and then replace them myself! Very disappointed with this company.

This is an open face clock. The hands are flimsy and runs about 5 minutes slow. Fast shipping. Would not buy again. Looks nice but I like a clock that keeps accurate timing, and the hands on this clock are not very stable at all!. Also I want to mention this clock was NOT checked prior to shipping as the back of it was adhered sideways so there was NO way to hang the clock straight. I had to have the back re drilled with an additional hole so the clock could be hung right. CHEAP CHINA clock...

I owe the maker of this clock a big apology. At first I could not get it to work so they immediately sent me a replacement mechanism. Turns out, to my embarrassment, I had the battery in wrong way around. The clock is so quiet you can’t hear any engine but if you look closely at the mechanism when you put the battery in, you can see the little wheels turning. Now it is on, and it works as beautifully as it looks. Thank you to the maker and my sincere apologies.

We get a lot of compliments about how nice this clock looks over the fireplace. It arrived very well packaged, really, very well packaged. The face and the clock overall arrived in perfect condition. The mounting system is a mitered block of wood that you mount on the wall, then the clock has a mating block that engages the wall block. It works quite well and allows you to shift the clock left and right a bit, if you need to, for centering. A clock this size, and this well made, is pretty heavy so it requires a good mounting system like the one provided. It seemed like a lot to pay for an instrument that provides information I already have more accurately on my phone, but this thing really dresses up a room. I remember thinking I probably shouldn't have spent this much on a clock right up until I opened the box, then I went, "Ahh, now this is nice." Jim

I thought that I had already posted a review,but haven't seen it posted. So,I will post another one. This is a beautiful clock and looks perfect in our newly done cherry cabinet kitchen.Mine is 10 inches. So far, it works perfectly. I appreciate the lifetime warranty on the mechanism.

I have only had this clock for a couple of days but so far I love this clock! It was packed really well for shipping, arrived on time, looks great on my wall, and doesn't make a sound. Also love that it was made in the USA, and that shipping was free.Update, almost 2 years later: I still love the clock. After having the clock for a couple of months (maybe?) a noise could be heard coming from the clock mechanism. I contacted the seller and they promptly sent a replacement mechanism, saying this sometimes happens. After we replaced that part, we have not heard a sound out of it in almost 2 years.
