Mechanical Pencil
Bought for my use at work.I’m a bit heavy handed and these 2mm leads are fine for me ,added bonus is the sharpener..I like the feel and the quality is good.

Very good pencil
I wish there was extra lead provided, 2.0 mm is hard to find in shops,The pencil itself is fantastic, I needed a metal detectable pencil for my employment but all the others kept poking holes through the paper or couldn't sharpen them, this pencil is absolutely ideal.

A brilliant pencil for doodling and woodworking
As a woodworker, I am always burning through pencils and tend to use 0.5mm pencils for most fine stuff. But these are too delicate for more general purpose marking. I have considered the Pica and similar pencils, but at £15-20, it just never felt like good value.Enter the Bic Criterium! Similar to those construction pencils, it has a thick 2mm lead that can be sharpened right down to a fine tip. Replacement lead is easy to find, and the sharpener and eraser are built into the pen body.I also love doodling with this pencil when working at my desk! Very satisfying. My only criticism is the sharpener isn’t the best, but it does work eventually - just takes a little time. Recommended!

Some perfection , some disappointments
I usually buy Rotring or STAEDTLER mechanical pencils, but this Bic came up while browsing Amazon, and it looked like a bargain. The pen has some good points and some cons. From the picture on the Amazon website it looked like the barrel of the pen was metal, it actually plastic, which was a bit of a disappointment. The great thing about this mechanical pencil is that they have combined a rubber and a sharpener in to the end plug. Which neither STAEDLER or Rotring seam to provide on their mechanical 2mm pencils. They could improve the design by allowing the pocket clip to rotate around the barrel to indicate which hardness of lead was in the pencil. I do like the fact that the barrel is hexagonal, which stop it rolling around. All in all I am happy with the pencil, other than feeling conned into buying a plastic barrel that looked like metal.

Some quality issues
When I first went to use the included sharpener, it completely jammed, breaking the lead and wouldn't release it. I couldn't even get it out with tweezers. I had no choice but to break it up with a needle to get the graphite out. Surffice it to say, it doesn't work at all as a sharpener. I can use a seperate one, but still; not a great outcome.
