Lovely little item, works well

I’m not new to micro-needling, this was a replacement for my old one. I try to replace at least once a year as the needles will dull with use.This item feels of good quality, it rolls nicely on the skin. The rolling mechanism is smooth and stable. Very good quality roller and can already feel the difference
