SainSmart 101-90-164 Black Flexible TPU 3D Printing Filament, 1.75 mm, 0.8 kg, Dimensional Accuracy +/- 0.05 mm

I found this Tpu filament great. the colour is really nice I think finished prints look really nice. The print quality is really good as long as you take your time to dial in your settings mainly retraction and you will need good cooling fans for overhangs or bridges, the only part I have struggled with is overhangs and bridging not printing well and its a bit annoying. and I have had filament slowly curl up as it prints which is my fault not the filaments fault. I think the filament is great and I would only buy this brands TPU as I think it is the best

An excellent, flexible filament that produces good results. The finished product is very flexible and will stretch or bend a long way before coming apart. Probably best printed with an extruder mounted to the head, but I printed using a bowden system. Retract doesn't work because of the flexible nature of the filament. Make sure the distance between your extruder gear and nozzle is as small as possible otherwise it will buckle up. Top layers printed on a 10% fill struggled to bridge the gap and took several passes before covering. Perhaps a higher percentage, e.g. > 50% fill should be used?

Printed at 210 on a cold bed with a 0.5mm nozzle. Absolutely perfect results first time - it's a lovely material mechanically and visually - not really squishy but flexible enough for rubber washers and gaskets - I've printed isolating bushes for my CoreXY motors and it is perfect. I print with all manner or materials, and this is now my go-to flexible filament.

Bought as a cheaper alternative to nijaflex and prints easy without any issues but I did find that the surface finish wasn't quite as clean as what I had used before. I found that before it's been through the extruder it was weaker than other flexible filaments however once printed it was fine. Overall for the price it's a good filament and will buy it again!

I have tried a lot of filaments and I Think Sainsmart is one if the best. The colours are great too. I use this tpu at 215 heat to the nozzle and the bed at 40 with a speed of 30mmps

The filament needed drying before use but has performed well in a Bambu labs printer, it seems softer than Tpu95A when printed.

Had my eye on NinjaFlex for a while but was put off by the price and supposed time it took to tweak print setting to get suitable prints. When I saw this I thought what the hell, let's give it a try given the price was only slightly more than normal PLA. No regrets after producing 6 RC car tyres, printed at 220 with no heated bed and they have come out fantastic with no issues first time (Dremel 3D Idea Builder), will buy again.

Ho aspettato a lasciare quasta recensione per aver il tempo di testare piu bobine di colore diverso di questo filamento e devo dire che fra i vari che ho avuto modo di provare è sicuramente uno dei migliori. E' disponibile in un'ampia gamma di colori ed è molto facile da stampare, non tutte le stampanti soprattuo quelle di fascia economica escono predisposte per stampare il TPU, ma basta aggiungere un piccolo supporto all'interno dell'estrusore che impedisca al filamento di aggrovigliarsi per risolvere il problema, lo consinglio anche ai neofiti che si avvicinano per la prima volta alla stampa 3d e vogliono provare a stampare oggetti gommosi. Ho impostato la temperatura dell'estrusore a 220-230°C, anche se in genere da stampante a stampante può leggermente variare, ottendo ottimi risulati. Lo utilizzo soprattuo per stampare acessori e componenti per droni che sono soggetti a forti sollecitazioni e devo dire che la resistanza di questo materiale è sorprendente.

The best TPU only use this the rest is ok but not like sain smart tpu its by far the best on the market.
