Yes, it will work on the Hellcat Pro with the included adapter, but the screw for the right side need to be shorten to 10.65 mm. If you want to mount it without the adapter, the two rear posts need to be milled off and the two front need to be shorten.

Can you program reticle from dot to circle to both?

For the MRS model, yes. You can switch the reticles from dot to circle to both by press and hold the "-" button for 3 seconds.
