This safe is easy to use and makes getting into it fast and easy. It's extremely flexible with many options including keys, fingerprints, and numerical password. This is not a fire safe! It will however keep your precious items secured and has limited fire safety. Most fireproof safes have a limited time to be effective in case of a fire anyway. I purchased this safe as a means to safeguard my items and have lightning access to anything I put into the safe. You will not be disappointed with this pup. The built-in LED is a big plus. 😎CB

Was really expecting decent quality for the price. Box it was delivered in was perfect no damage. The outside has chips all over it, the inside the material is ripped in two places and the shelf brackets are bent up in multiple spots. I had to pry the shelf out when it wasn't attached to anything. The batteries are extremely hard to put in on one side. The lock on the outside seems cheaply made. Pretty disappointed.

The size of this safe makes it easy to save all your important documents and/or weapons for home protection! It’s super safe and you CANNOT get in without the code or key no matter what you try! Great quality!

I just received this safe yesterday. It took a little while to set up as the manual isn’t the clearest. If you good with technology you shouldn’t have too much of an issue. Total time to set up took me about 10 minutes. I had/continue to have an issue with the fingerprint being read. Both on initial setup and when I go to unlock the safe with my fingerprint, usually my first attempt fails with an audio message stating some type of wrror(unintelligible?) however it seems to work just fine afterwards. Clearing out the fingerprint database may solve this issue which is something I’m going to try when I have the chance. Besides that the safe is a good size, weighs roughly 45 pounds and once it’s set up and recognizes your fingerprint, it unlocks instantly. It’s my first biometric safe and really is so much more convenient than using a key or a passcode(both of which you can use to unlock when needed). I bought this safe on a lightning deal as already had it in my wishlist. I jumped on the deal. I perhaps would’ve even purchased it even without the sale. Sale price or not purchasing a conporable safe from a name brand manufacturer would likely cost considerably more. All that said I can definitely recommend this safe if you’re looking for a fairly large biometric ssafe at a reasonable price.

I tried to input my security code for over 3 hours. The voice prompt kept telling me unsuccessful. I followed the instructions to the letter. I can open it with keys. But because There is no code, there is no fingerprint either. The safe I received appeared new. One thing I did notice was that when I pressed the settings button, there was no beep, as the instructions indicated. I ordered a fingerprint safe. One I can use a code for if I so desire. That is what I paid for. That is not what I got. Now I have to jump so many hurdles to return it as it is obviously defective. I have ordered many, many things from Amazon over the years. I will never order anything with moving parts ever again, and I suggest you don't either. The manufacturer reached out and we were able to put in a code and fingerprint. I changed my rating to 3 stars. Would be higher if I didn't have to apply all three steps to open. Keys, code and fingerprint. I do appreciate the company for clarification.

Unbeatable value for size.No, its not super sturdy safe for valuables. It is a good place to lock up guns so kids and randoms wont get inside. Will it hold up to crowbar and determined thief, absolutely not...but i dont expect that for the price and weight.Does the electronics work well... Yes. Sure, instructions are sparse but if u are electronics saavy, its a breeze. Make sure u reprogram master and user password or anyone can open with default password. Trial and error let me figure both need to be reprogrammed otherwise default pw opens safe. Is that clearly mentioned in manual, no. Is it easy to figure out, yes.This is not for someone who needs everything clearly in the manual. You are getting a discount lock box prob from asia. You want high quality... Go pay 2-4x more. If you can figure things out (or prob just watch videos which i didnt), its great.5 stars for bang for buck!

After my daughter discovered she could get into this using all her fingerprints I did a factory reset. I put in a new code and was going to just not use fingerprints. Even though I specifically bought a safe with fingerprinting. But then when I tried to put in the code it was like I wasn’t even touching the keypad. Nothing was being entered. Then I put my finger print on the little square and it opened. After a factory reset. I did the settings and press 3 to delete fingerprints thinking maybe a reset didn’t delete those. Did that twice. Still opened for me. Then I used a spot on a different finger entirely that had never been registered and has a unique whorl on it. And it still opened. The finger printing is useless. I can’t get the code to acknowledge that I’m putting in a code. I don’t have the box anymore because I thought it was working. I don’t want to bother sending it back. But the only way it’s going to be useable is to remove the batteries and just use the keys. And if I leave the keys in an easy to grab spot my kid will find them and get into it. So I’ll have to put the keys into this other little safe that I have that works by key code. I bought this because on the way out the door in the morning I wanted to very quickly open this (hence the fingerprints) and grab the one thing I need to keep in here (it doesn’t fit in the smaller one). But now I’m going to have to input the code on a different safe, get the keys out, open the big safe, get the thing out, close that one, put the keys back in the other one, and close it. So now I just have an overpriced key locking safe.

Es una caja que desde que abres la caja huele a plásticos baratos, no pesa mucho el cual si no lo anclas al piso o pared existe la posibilidad que se la lleven completa en caso de robo, los materiales no se sienten de la máxima calidad pero pues no sería tan fácil de abrir como otras, la huella digital no funciona siempre a la primera, tienes que poner tu dedo a la misma presión y posición para que agarre a la primera eso lo veras con el tiempo, su luz brinda algo cómodo sobre todo porque donde las colocamos no es un sitio tan accesible pero no esperes una lámpara de mano, en fin por el precio que convendría mejor una de las de honeywell pero eso ya es decisión de cada uno!

The safe is advertised as being fireproof, and goes on to say it is waterproof. It's neither, you have to put your things in a waterproof bag (not provided) if you want things to be water protected and there's gaps all around the safe door and no flame retardant . The massive oversized door bolts seem impressive but the thin sheet metal that the whole safe is made from is seriously lacking, the bolts don't even go into holes, a hacksaw can easily just cut through the thin hinge pins. Not worth anything close to the price.

No pesa mucho se puede anclar a la pared y el suelo

Bonita presentación pero con materiales de muy mala calidad , ligeros y parece que se pueden romper fácilmente
