Perfect for me
These earbuds sound better than my jLab or Soundcore. I’ve tried numerous others over the years but never invested in a pair over $150. These are by far my favorite earbuds. Here’s my little breakdown. The ANC works well enough that I can use my lawn tractor, snowblower and even my gas chainsaw comfortably.Ambient mode makes it easier to have a conversation or hear someone or something like a car coming towards you when outside walking. There’s an app which allows you to customize sound but I’d recommend avoiding it because they sound good enough with the 3 modes already programmed.Battery life, looks, quality, comfort and light weight ticks all the right boxes for me.

The Best for a Budget, Period.
Unbelievable sound quality, comfort and features for under $30. If you see these for $25 or so. GET THEM. They lack a bit of bass. But the kids & highs clarity dumpsters every other under 30 earphone. Got these as "backup" travel earphones and I prefer them so much I bought 2 more pairs. Idk why I ever buy any sound equipment that's not Creative honestly.

Incredible audio for the price
I own several Creative Labs products so when I saw these go on sale I figured I'd pick them up and find a use for them. I honestly wasn't expecting too much for the price but recall how impressed I was with their budget Outlier One headphones. The Zen Air has exceeded my expectations in sound quality, sounding nearly as good as the Creative Outlier Pro. I've tested software Super X-Fi and it works like their other offerings but I do prefer using a hardware Super X-Fi DAC with a pair of Creative Zen Hybrid headphones. The only negative thing I can say about them is the battery life compared to other products I own of theirs, but these do allow both USB-C and wireless charging. The battery life isn't a big deal to me because I will likely use these in an office environment with ambient mode turned on, wearing one earbud at a time. After wearing one side for a few hours I'd pull out the opposite one from the case and place the one I've been wearing back in the charging case.Bottom line is these are great sounding headphones that punch way above their price weight. I do recommend the Outlier Pro TWS or the Zen Hybrid headphones if you can afford it but on their own these are an excellent choice from a reputable brand.

Great budget option from a reputable company
I've been a Creative customer from the mid 90's Sound Blaster days. Creative has always had top level engineering at an affordable price. Their latest wireless headphones are on par with more expensive options.

Decent sound, terrible app, no game mode
These are pretty good headphones for the price. They are comfortable, pair easily with every device I tried and have a decent battery life. I particularly like the oval shape of the earbud inserts. The touch controls on the earbuds themselves are pretty easy to use, and do not get activated accidentally. Also, the noise canceling is pretty good for earbuds in this price range. The SFXI app that accompanies them is pretty much useless. It only gives things like EQ control to songs that you actually upload into the app itself, so you get no EQ control for general use. There is also no low latency game mode, which is extremely disappointing. While the latency isn't awful, it's definitely noticeable when using a device like a Nintendo Switch. But considering the price, these are pretty solid earbuds, and ultimately deliver on their promises. That being said, I would personally investigate other options that have EQ control and a game mode.

Works great
Great set of earbuds. They charge pretty quick and hold a charge for a good long time. They had great directions so they’re so easy to use. Great clarity in sound. Good buy

Fantastic sound
Had originally put a 4 star rating as the sound was average when I had them going through my MacBook. But when these are going through my iPhone the sound quality is incredible. It’s so balanced and warm. I guess the Bluetooth/audio chip in the iPhone is higher end so push these more. The drivers also respond down as low as 10-15hz (I tested) which is really excellent.

Very poor design on control and sound quality.
It is very difficult to control although I tried and learn from YouTube. Can't imagine the designer created something is so not user-friendly, if you used Samsung ear bud before you will find the difference. Quality of sound is poor , case is too big , a disappointed product.
