I purchased hair darkening soap bar more than month ago I do use every day but it did not make any difference just wasting time and money. 👎🏼

This is the best bar shampoo I have tried so far! It arrived quickly and came in nice tins that I can recycle. I will definitely be purchasing again soon!

I don't like the bad fragrance. It smells like rotten food. Despite the bad odor, I just started using it yesterday. I'm not sure of it's efficacy yet.

This is my first time using a shampoo bar over liquid shampoo – and I am a convert. No more wasteful plastic bottles. This bar lathers really well! It is not necessary to rub the bar a lot over your hair, it’s surprising how a little goes a long way, and it works into a great lather. It gets your hair squeaky-clean, no need to lather-rinse-repeat.This bar is made with all-natural herbal ingredients. It is free from chemicals and dyes so that your hair follicles and scalp is protected from irritation. It has a minty scent – the peppermint oil in this really comes through, even though the main ingredients are polygonum multiflorum, ginger and rose. I do not know much about polygonum multiflorum (aka Fo-Ti), and a google search gave me the basics – definitely rejuvenating for your scalp and hair – restoring the natural oils, softness, and good condition of your hair, but more importantly, supposedly restores the natural color from graying hair. And, it may also help with hair thinning.I have only used this for about 2 weeks now. I find that I need to use a conditioner and a detangling product after I shampoo with this, as it gets my hair free from all product build-up and leaves it feeling very tangled. I thought this might give my scalp a tingly feeling but it doesn’t. The peppermint scent is refreshing, though. I don’t think I’m going to get 60-75 uses out of this bar, but even if it is equivalent to one bottle of shampoo – that’s good enough for me. I cannot see a difference in my natural hair color returning to my gray roots. The listing implies it’s essentially immediately, but in my research, it can take up to 8 weeks, at least 4.The pros:Lathers well and gets hair very clean.Contains ingredients that improve the condition of your scalp and hair.Small, easy to store.Economical.Lasts a long time.Cuts out a plastic shampoo container – good for the environment.Great for travel.The Cons:Need to use a detangler product after washing.It hasn’t (yet) restored my natural hair color.For me, the pros WAY outweigh the cons. It is very effective in cleansing, good for your hair, good for the environment, and convenient for travel – if it does restore my natural hair color, then that will just be the cherry on top.
