WOuld this be suitable for attaching a spoiler to a car?

It's a very powerful adhesive but you have to het it right first time so I am not sure.

Can this product be over painted?

I believe that the Sikaflex 252 can be overpainted once it has cured - I would advise you to check the data sheet for this product - Details are on the Sika website.

Please could you tell me the use by date or expiry date, if i was to purchase a cartridge of 252 today?

I would suggest that you look at the data sheet for Sika Sikaflex 252 - This can be found on the Sika website. I would advise buying and using the adhesive immediately as all cartridge adhesives/sealants harden or deteriorate eventually when stored.

Is it also good as a sealant?

I would say very good I removed old roof rails from van witch left holes 252 was used along with brackets to fix new rails in same place so the holes were sealed with the sikaflex.The holes were very small screw holes.
