Second time buying this for both my children and they take it with ease. It’s a slightly fizzy powder which makes it fun to take plus the flavor is also a plus. I really like the vitamins it has too especially for winter and spring seasons which I dread. My kids enjoy it and I’ll continue to get it for them.

I have been sick on and off all winter, thought I would give these crystals a try. I am an adult, so I take two a day. I have noticed more energy, better hydrated, dissolves quickly in my mouth, taste is great and it's health benefits vitamin c, zinc, vitamin B's and antioxidants. I will continue to use these through the winter and I think it's a great deal, gives you a immune support and more energy.

My son has been taking these for a month now and absolutely loves them! We were tired of catching every single cold that came with school and looked for something other than a gummy vitamin for him to take daily. They have great taste and he loves that the crackle in his mouth, almost like candy.

My kids love the taste of these, they think they are candy, and I love how easy and mess free they are. I try to give them to them to them once a day during this cold and flu season but packaging says they can be given twice a day.

Great taste and easy to get the kids to take as they think its candy as it practically is. Hopefully there are still some vitamins admist all the sugar and popping fun.
