These are slightly different than your typical probiotics, instead of capsules you get individual vials of liquid probiotics.You have to shake it before use and you can add it to a drink, though I just take it straight from the vial and it pretty much tastes like water.I take them at least 30 minutes before eating, as it is usually suggested to do with probiotics, since the stomach acid is not as strong when you haven't eaten and also the probiotics don't get literally stuck behind food.My digestive issues are bloating and constipation, especially if I haven't gotten the 25-30g of fibre a day and just a couple of days after starting these probiotics I have had no constipation and the bathroom habits are daily. I have actually lost 2kg because there is no more constipation and this product has helped the digestive system is clean out everything that shouldn't be there.I also haven't had any IBS type of symptoms, no stomach pain or gas, and I only get bloated if I've had gluten.So far they have worked better than any other probiotics I have tried in the past, but leaving behind a tiny plastic bottle daily is a bit off putting if you are environmentally conscious. The packaging choice aside I do highly recommend trying these if you have constipation or digestive problems, for me the improvements have stayed consistent and old problems have not returned as I continue to use these.

I got these as I occasionally suffer from IBS symptoms and like the way these are convenient to take. I take quite a lot of supplements in a day, so having one or two less capsules to take is a lot better.So there are 3 boxes in this pack with each containing 20 vials and the advice is to take 1-2 vials a day before food. Obviously, if you decide to take 2 per day, this pack will last you 30 days. They recommend taking these between 1-3 consecutive months for best results. I am currently just taking 1 vial per day so will get 60 days' worth.I've just been taking these straight from the vial and have to say I was a little apprehensive at first as I've had something very similar before and the taste was awful. Happily, these have very little taste so are easy to take.I like the fact these are quite small so are easy to throw into my bag if I won't be at home after eating. Results-wise, I can't say I have noticed any huge difference but then I don't suffer IBS constantly, more if I indulge in the wrong foods. I am a big advocate of probiotics though and feel happy in the fact these will help my digestive system and overall gut health, so that is good.I'd be happy to continue taking these if I noticed a difference, however the price may put a few people off especially if you chose to take 2 vials daily as then this would mean only 1 month's supply. Also, in an ideal world, the vials would be biodegradable so there's no overuse of plastic.Aside from this though, I'm happy with these probiotics and would recommend them for convenience alone.

I've normally taken probiotics in capsule form so I wasn't entirely sure what to expect with these but I did fear the taste may not be palatable. Conveniently these have very little taste so they're easy to down and don't leave you feeling ick.You get enough for about a months supply. There are 60 vials in this set and you're meant to take 1-2 a day so roughly a months supply depending on how you decide to have it. I've been taking a single vial a day on an empty stomach so I can try and get the best value out of these as otherwise I they can get quite expensive.Probiotics are awesome for helping with digestion issues but they can also impact your mood by raising it. Also when your gut is working better, it shows through your skin. I've noticed that while taking probiotics my skin looks more glowy or "radiant" as my manager described it as. I think these are a great no frills product even though the price is a little steep. The format is very convenient so I'd still recommend it for sure.

Very comfortable and convenient to tak at any time as you can just take tjrm with yiu anywhere. Thdy definitely have a good effects on general gut condition. I haven't noticed extreme changes but slight improvements definitely. Probably longer use would be more beneficial but not everyone can afford it.

I do feel like I might be able to feel a difference. The slight issue is, I have had to start taking two things together at the same time and not sure which is doing what. There was no way to avoid this.I was very impressed by the security seals. The small bottles are quite difficult to separate until you get used to it, and there's a question here about the plastic - I am not sure if it can be recycled.As I'd read some other reviews, I was a little nervous about the taste so I've been diluting it in water - but for the sake of this review, I've tried one neat - and, well...They're fine. No discernable flavour or aftertaste.60 days supply, at one a day, for just over £21 a month. That's a lot more than your typical probiotic drinks, which have served me well for many a year.Are they worth the extra? Difficult to tell. They are something I may well lean on from time to time, such as after a course of antibiotics or one or two rounds a year. Unless you can afford them each month!I am giving them five stars, but I would like the price to come down.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐👍
