Q: I've used this product for years and it has always been a purple cream. Now some people are saying in reviews that it is a clear gel. New formula?

I got some from one amazon marketplace vendor that was a clear gel, in the same bottle, last year. But it definitely was not the right stuff. Either there was a bottling mishap, or that vendor was a complete ripoff. Every bottle since then has been the expected purple cream.

It works really well at taming my frizz and has reduced me from 3 to 1 products! Overall, I feel comfortable and confident using the product.
