loud, nice, pretty good for price, (i got on sale for $38) connected easily to my phone very compatible, I have the iphone 16e btw, very easy to cary, controls easy, if you were to carry them more around i recommend getting a case though fs! very sleek and durable, very comfy as well, and battery lost pretty long!

Quality product. I received good value for the price. It is lightweight and fits well without causing discomfort on the ears during long periods of use. I adjusted the equalizer settings to suit my taste and found the sound quality to be satisfactory. The headphones paired easily across all my devices. Of course, performance wise it is not of identical quality to higher end Sony models, but I find it quite good and reliable (long lasting battery life) for everyday use. Overall, I am happy with my purchase.

I can’t believe how great the sound quality is for this price point - it’s incredible. So worth the cost! If you don’t want to spend $300 but want some good quality wireless headphones that hold a long charge, these are the ones. These are pretty comfy too but the ear holes are a little small. No issue for me as the padding is nice and soft but might be a tad uncomfy for sensitive large eared folks

I did not read the description carefully. It states what devices these headphones are compatible with and "desktop computer" is not one of them. I called Sony and they told me they will work with almost any modern device that has Bluetooth connectivity. I easily wirelessly connected them to my desktop computer and they work great. Strangely the user guide gives instructions on how to use them with Mac and Windows computers, so read the user guide/manual that is linked in the description. If you want to use any of the functions of the Sony Headphones Connect app you will need a compatible phone. If you do not use the app (not compatible with computers) they function as a basic pair of wireless headphones. All rather confusing and the Amazon description does nothing to clear it up. With that being said I connected it easily to my desktop computer. I am no audiophile and do not need a $400 pair of headphones. To me they sound great especially for the inexpensive price. They are NOT noise cancelling headphones and I did not want noise cancelling. They are "on the ear" headphones meaning they are about the size of your ear and press your ears against your head creating a bit of a seal keeping some exterior noise out. Works fine, but if you wear eyeglasses and wear the glasses and the headphones at the same time after a few hours it can become uncomfortable as the headphones press your ear against the arm of the glasses and the arm of the glasses into the side of your head. The charging port on the headphones is USB C and they come with a USB A to USB C cable but no charging brick. I connected mine to my computer with a USB C to USB C cable and it charged fine. 50 hours of playtime on one charge is great. One star for a confusing and unclear Amazon description. 4 stars for a good basic pair of headphones that works with almost any modern Bluetooth device, albeit without the functions of the Sony app (unless you are using it with a compatible phone).

The product arrived well packaged. There was a delivery delay but it was not horrendous and to be expected given that it was ordered during Parime Days, The headphones arrived almost fully charged, Set up was relatively easy, but you really do need to use their app to complete the set up process. The app also allows you to change some settings and select equalizer settings that work for you. The switches have a nice feel to them. They do have raised areas designed to help you find the correct switch by feel. There are times however when I find that it is easier to adjust the volume using the phone or I remove the headphone to make a change. This is a very subjective items so you may not have the same issue. No stars were deducted for that reason. These are an on ear device. It was not uncomfortable to me, but it did take some getting used to and here again...Personal preference comes into play. On a warm and humid day you may experience some sweating where the ear cup rides on your ear. That may allow for some movement / shifting of the headphone depending on what you are doing. They may thus not work out well for use doing exercising as an example. The sound quality is great at this price point. I have Bose ear buds. The sound from this device is not Bose quality and you should not expect it to be Bose quality. It is good to very good however. The equalizer settings allow you to control all five typical equalizer settings PLUS a separate adjustment for th4 bass. Paring was easy and fast. The connection remains stable most of the time. There is a selection that allows you to select either top quality sound or a more stable connection. I chose sound quality an the vast majority of the time the connection was stable with no noise present. There may be times however, that due to local conditions / interference you may have a little popping or very brief drop out. I have worn these headphones a LOT since they arrived and while I have experienced that, it was very limited. Now I also have a lot of electric / electronic devices in use on my property and that will may explain what I experienced. I did have some interference from some household devices when I wass very close to them. The battery life seems to be very good. I have worn m for several hours and the voice system still indicates 100% at startup. Unlike my Bose products the battery monitoring system is not linear where it will call out 100%, 90%, 80%b etc... It may call out 100% until the battery hits 50% (As an example) and then te voice system will drop from stating 100% to 50%. I do not see that as an issue or negative given the very long stated by the manufacturer battery life, and I have no disagreement with their claims about battery life aty this point in time, So again...Thus far I am very pleased with the fit, quality, and sound quality of these headphones. Do bed aware that tey are NOT noise cancelling. There will be some outside noise reduction dur to the ear cups of course.

These headphones are phenomenal and really exceeded my expectations. The the price is reasonable, the bass sound is amazing and the fit is very comfortable. Initially, they fit a little too snug, but I guess they're like a pair of shoes that you need to break in. I love these headphones and even ordered a lightweight, matching case. The fit is perfect. I'm not familiar with all of the features because I'm not electronic/tech savvy. I'm not a fan of placing devices in my ears, so I went old school and bought headphones instead. I have an appointment later this week so the test will be to see if I can hear them call my name while I have these headphones on. I will have to keep the volume low because the sound is great. Bonus: I'm able to fast charge my Android phone with the charger.

So far im really enjoying these headphones, for the price I paid these are amazing. Significantly better than the slightly cheaper bluetooth headphones I usually get, twice the volume, base and sound quality. Its very light weigh and comfortable to wear too. Battery also appears to be exceptional, ive used it for hours now and the battery is still nearly full. Downloading the app is essential, it dramatically helps with improving and customizing the sound to your personal preference, the apps easy to install and use so there's no reason not too. Assuming these last awhile, its easily 5 stars for the price alone.

These are disappointing for the price. I much prefer my pairs of Sony WIRED headphones including my cheap ones. However, once I got a new phone with no headphone jack, I could no longer use any of my corded headphones. I tried several times to find an adapter to be able to use the corded ones for phone and Zoom use to no avail, so I finally broke down and got these wireless headphones. These Sony wireless headphones do seem to keep a charge pretty well. I don't use them for a very long time in one go though because they are extremely uncomfortable before too long. These do not work well for talking on the phone nor on Zoom or other video calls because, even though they are supposed to be ON THE EAR, they are muffled to where I can't hear myself enough to comfortably speak with the things on. They make me hot and sweaty. They hurt my ears and neck after a short amount of time - 30 to 60 minutes or less. The controls on the side can be a little hard to use. The top button is volume up, center is power on/off, and the bottom is volume down. I have to hold the power button down to turn on and off. I often think they're off and they're not. When I turn them on, there is a delay before they actually connect. I had to download an app to use them. I haven't looked to see if the app says what the battery level is. When I turn the headphones on, a voice says whether they are fully charged, about 75% charged, and about 50% charged. I didn't let them get below that and don't know how accurate these guessed levels are. If I happen to be wearing these when I accept a phone call and then turn off the headphones to switch to using my phone so I can actually speak, the headphones cause my phone to hang up. I'd say don't bother, but I have no idea what else to suggest instead. I wish mobile phone manufacturers would put working headphone jacks back in as a standard. Not everyone wants to use wireless. There are not good choices in the way of wireless headphones, and I have concerns about being exposed to Bluetooth on my head. While it's a newfound convenience not to be connected by a movement limiting cord, I'd much rather use my old "cheap" (which are no longer actually cheap) wired Sony's, which were also more comfortable than these and actually sat ON ear, for calls and general use and the rather expensive OVER the ear wired Sony headphones I bought for music. All my others are virtually useless now, and these wireless ones are barely useable.

Great headphones very easy to sync

Muy cómodos, en mi trabajo participo en muchas reuniones virtuales y hay días en que los traigo puestos tal vez 5 o 6 horas seguidas sin quitármelos y no me molestan, a veces hasta se me olvida que los traigo. Excelente conectividad bluetooth con el celular y laptop, se pueden conectar ambos a la vez. En el gimnasio los he usado corriendo y haciendo todo tipo de ejercicios y son cómodos, ligeros y no se mueven. Los he sudado y la cubierta de las almohadillas no se ha dañado nada. El audio es buenísimo, muy bien nivelado y aunque no tienen cancelación de ruido, con un volumen moderado y por las mismas almohadillas, aisla lo suficientemente bien como para que los ruidos o música del gimnasio, por ejemplo, queden muy en el fondo. Nunca ha sido necesario subir al máximo el volumen. Además con la app puedes ecualizar a tu gusto, también recomiendo, si usas Spotify, ecualizar ahí para tener la mejor experiencia posible. La batería dura muchísimo, en 3 meses de uso usándolos en promedio 3 o 4 horas diarias y solo los he puesto a cargar 3 veces. Cargan muy rápido también. El único detalle que les he encontrado es que con mi SmartTV Hisense, jugando Playstation tiene un delay de medio segundo o 1 segundo, y con Youtube cada 40 segundos o 1 minuto "se brinca" o "se come" como 1 segundo tanto del audio como del video. Pero para mi no ha sido problema porque realmente solo los uso para escuchar música desde mi celular y para tener llamadas de trabajo. En resumen, son cómodos, lucen bien, sobrios y de buena calidad, muy buen audio y excelente rendimiento de batería.
