Perfect little sensory tool!
I have sensory issues including a very sensitive nose, so the mildest bad smells bother me greatly - this little inhaler is a lifesaver! The scent is super natural and soft, but will still cover unpleasant smells easily. It's also pocket sized so I can take it everywhere with me.

Smells amazing.
I have severe anxiety and I bought the lavender one to see if it would help and it actually does. Highly recommend this to anyone. Amazing product and will be buying more.

disappointment
I suffer from frequent nausea due to migraines and citrusy smells usually alleviate that, so I thought this would be a great stick to have in my purse for emergencies. Sadly, not only is the smell much weaker than I expected, but I find it also a bit unnatural which rather than helping with the nausea makes it worse. It's a nice enough smell on a good day, though, so I'm giving it 3 stars as it's not a totally terrible product to be fair
