I liked the rack
Unfortunately the silicone has split and is exposing the metal beneath. I bought this to slow roast meat in a conventional oven and have used it about 6/7 times. I liked the rack; it felt strong and light, and appeared to be safe and durable, and Lakeland have traditionally sold good quality products. This however appears to fall below that standard.

Love you she's cooling/roasting racks. Just bout my second one! They clean up well in the dishwasher. Love their versatility for cooling or cooking. Works excellently with our fan oven for browning.

Great rack!
This is a great rack, goes in the roasting dish then straight into the dishwasher comes out as clean as a whistle! It would be great if there was a larger version too.

Silicone Roasting Rack
excellent roasting rack had one previously but the silicone discoloured after 12 months of continuous use, it still did the job but looked a bit jaded. very good value& a very good product, recommend
