Intolerable
After two days I was suffering from painful stomach cramp. It took me several more days before I began to suspect the product and stopped taking it. The pain subsided over the next four days.Coincidence? That's what I thought; so after three weeks, I tried again with same result: severe pain after the second day.

The jar unfortunately came cracked, I had to send to a new one, but ok, it happens to everyone, thank you and recommend it to others.

Superb value for money from this supplier
These Vitamin B are packed with so much more hence the extra cost but, from this particular supplier and 120 capsules, the cost is substantially reduced per capsule when compared to others who are only offering 60 capsules.
