It heats up well and fast and gets the job done. The only thing I dislike is it smells like strong fish.

I had been waiting & saving to purchase a bigger heatpress than my Cricut mug press. It worked just fine, but took double-triple the time to do my tall tumblers or anything taller than a coffee cup. I came across this one as the price went down & just so happened to be what I had some in $$$$ that prior week in mugs & keychains. So I reinvested it & made this purchase. Best purchase so far!!! I’m not a direction reader, but it only took me about 15 minutes to get the hang of the controls. These were the first ones I pressed. They are simple as they were for our daughters wedding. (Lots of parents (bonus parents) They ALL loved them!!! I’m extremely anxious to dive further into it with more challenging projects. I definitely give this a 15/10. 😜BTW… I don’t normally do reviews, but I felt this one really needed mine. Thanks!!

The media could not be loaded.  I am very pleased with this tumbler press! My cups are looking so much better. It is a good quality machine and it is easy to use.

Very easy to use. Does have one screw that is broken on the knobs that adjust the size, but still works. I did have an issue with the Heat Plate warping and cracking. I wrote to them, they issued me a New Machine and gave me tips so it does not happen again. It works perfectly, could not ask for a Better Machine. Amazing Customer Service

Only had this product for a little over 2 months and it's already broken 💔 😢
