Scooter came in all intact with no damage, however, it came with a faulty charger. I used my voltage meter to test the charger, it's supposed to have 67v but the meter reads it only puts out half that. I visited the main site to see if I can purchase a replacement but they didn't seem to have it so I called them, emailed them to no avail. I've continuously tried contacting them and leaving voicemails for weeks but never received an answer. I've sold the scooter to be scrapped. Do not buy, it's a total scam and the Say Yeah company never answers your call or help in any way.

The media could not be loaded.  I don’t typical write very many reviews but this scooter is poorly mad. Pictures are miss leading showing electric motor in rear wheel which it is not. The scooter is chain driven but came with substandard made parts such as a warped sprocket and rear hub and electric motor that is extremely loud and annoying as noted in video. Parts were also broken when we opened the box. I don’t recommend purchasing this product. Also the seller would not send a return label.
