Good price and it works!
Iโve been looking for a chair that helps with my back pain wfh. I was hesitant to pull the trigger for other $200+ options for an atypical chair. It was a bit of trouble to assemble the chair. One of the steps requires 2 people although the entire process takes 39 mins max. The height adjuster works well too! Now about the effects- itโs not a magical cure - after 4 hours in front of the computer you still feel it and your lower leg touching the lower supporting pad will feel a bit numb too but itโs much better than the regular chair I had. Also the gesture is more relaxing than I thought looking at the chair image. Another plus - in sit stand adjustment I could easily rest one of my legs on this chair unlike regular ones. Another plus - I locked the wheels to protect wood floor and it works! Great value and Iโll definitely recommend!

Ergonomic ...not!
This contraption lacks comfort (not enough padding), moves poorly (carpet, wood floor, tile, linoleum), and leaves you in need of a massage. I've used a similar chair before and I guess expected this one to be as good. Sorely disappointed.

Low quality kneeling chair, don't bother.
I hired someone to put this chair together (I tried on my own, but it was too complex). He told me that I'd had difficulty because the technical instructions skipped quite a few steps - no wonder I couldn't figure out how to hook up the hydraulics! Images of the various parts would make it easier to understand which screw they're talking about, during assembly. This kneeling chair's wheels do not spin and the wheels stick, so turning it is very difficult and you can't move around easily. Also the knee padding isn't adequate and my knees hurt within minutes..I really wish I hadn't bought a kneeling chair from this vendor.

Decent
Bought this for my desk at work and I like it 75% of the time. My knees/shins do eventually get sore after prolonged sitting but that just prompts me to get up and move a bit. Posture is great in this chair and my back feels great. Parts are cheap and the wheels donโt spin on castors, but durable enough for someone around 200lbs.

This is ok
I am a plus size gal, and I didn't expect it to be amazing because I already have knee and back pain when I sit too long. I just needed it to be a change of position while I work.I can probably work for about an hour before I need to get up and stretch. Depending on the kind of office work you do that can be more than enough comfort time or not enough. For me, It didn't change my life, it is just another chair that doesn't feel terrible, holds more than 200 lbs, and allows me to continue working without sitting in a normal chair. I would recommend if you're going to spend this money and you have knee pain, best get a sit to stand desk and skip the kneeling chair. That'll be my next investment.

A joke
Donโt buy this. No instructions and missing parts. I think the cushions would be comfortable if I could put it together, but I canโt.

Screws fell out
Mid-day, my screws became loose and fell out leaving me on the ground with a swollen tailbone.

Do Not Buy this product
I purchased this product with high hopes. When received we tried assembling the stool but the pre-fab holes for screws did not line up, the hardware for the stool was cheap and the quality of the product as a whole was poor. Dealing with the company on the return has been time-consuming and not easy . I give this product less than 1 star.
