Sakura SS3602 Mini Air Compressor

Pump tyre from flat to full in about 5 minutes, great value especially now it's £1.50 to pump air for 5 minutes at the filling station. Used it a few times now still works as new.

A handy little pump, even if it is not the fastest I've used, but it gets the job done and is an ideal size to keep in your spare wheel compartment. Fairly sturdy build with a long air hose; it could have done with a power switch instead of powering up as soon as you plug it in. It gets extremely hot at the metal joint where the hose comes out of the pump, and could have done with a plastic guard on it. However, overall, for the price, it's not a bad pump at all.

It has no off switch so the second you plug it in it starts going. It takes ages to add pressure to the tyres and it heats up so much I burnt my finger on it. Definitely not great and I will now have to buy a different one

Completely unbeatable for the price! Does what it says on the tin. It is definitely faster than my Streetwize digital air compressor and I don’t mind the analogue pressure gauge. The gauge seems accurate to +-1 psi which is acceptable for my usage, when compared to my other pump and separate pressure tester gauge. The clamp on the air hose, which connects to the tyre air valve, feels sufficiently tight when engaged and putting it on/off the valve releases no more pressure than you would expect. I am pretty impressed. Used it twice so far, once on car and once on bikes.

Not all that great, ideal for getting you out of trouble but it’s not exactly up to regular use. Takes a little while to get to pressure is all. Ok for the money. Update: took it apart to fix the connections that had broke and you may aswell fork out the extra £6 for a better one

as an emergency tool, first class, but due to its size, I would not suggest it suitable for regular use on all tyres on the car (including spare) as the running time would be well exceeded if you did. However, to be left in the car, cannot be faulted.
