I don't usually write reviews but I had to for this item. I received it today and it didn't take much to put it together. I love this stand it holds my IPad Pro 12.9 very secure. You could charge it while it's on the stand. The stand rolls from room to room very easily. Love it ... it's worth the money!!

I love this more than most people love their children.

We purchased this hoping it would solve a problem for a disabled relative but sadly the theory is on the right tracks but the execution isn't. The key movement components are made of plastic and this is the weakness to the product. The tray that holds the ipad will droop slightly so although passable as a stand to watch YouTube its not really up to the job of supporting the ipad in a position where you actively press on the screen. Because it has a long reach which is what you want those plastic components each allow a bit of flex so by the time you get to the end things arn't looking too great. Really you'd need some parts to be cast in a light alloy which for the price I think it should.At the end of the day your paying a lot of money for a square weight, some tubes and a plastic bracket that flexes. Had to return sadly.
