Best at home teeth whitening kid ever. I have gone to the dentist and spent $300 whitening my teeth. This has the exact same.

LED stopped working after 10 uses

To be effective, you do need to be consistent when starting this whitening process. You need to allow about 30 minutes per day over a 7 day period. My wife did this each night before bed and she is happy with the results and feels it was time well spent.The kit includes all you need to complete the process twice. The manual suggests that you whiten your teeth 2x's per year. I think its implied at 6 month intervals.The mouth tray light is well made, soft but flexible. The mouth tray was a little large for my wife but the flexibility helped with putting it in. There were no sharp edges or points to cause discomfort.The charging stand is easy to use and powers up the light through a magnetic connection - so there are no plug-in connection sockets on the mouth tray itself. So, it's easy to keep clean and in working order.Note: the red charging light on the mouth tray is small and a little difficult to find. When inserted into the charger and looking from the front of the device, just above and to the left of the power button, you will see a small red glow - that's it (look down from the top). The single charge was enough for the whole seven day treatment.The included manual covers the use of the mouth tray, whitening gel and conditioner clearly and in good detail. The back page includes some cautions on the use of the product. These are important to read.The 7 day process involves applying two separate liquid solutions: a whitener and a conditioner each day for 10 minutes each. So, you need 20 to 30 minutes total time for the full two step treatment. Only the whitener uses the mouth tray light.My wife did not have any discomfort or sensitivity when using either of the solutions.This product met the webpage descriptions and lived up to our expectations. It is not inexpensive, but in my wife's opinion, it was relatively easy to use and did not cause any discomfort or sensitivity; and, most importantly, whitened her teeth better than the simple strips, which fall off easily and brush on solutions she has used in the past. So, we are happy with what we received and will be using this again. I gave it 4 stars because I'm guessing there will be a new and improved version - always room right!

I've used this whitening kit once a day for 7 days and I can tell a difference in the color of my teeth. They aren't glaringly white or anything, and I didn't achieve 7 shades whiter by any means, but there is a discernible difference.It's simple to use - brush on the whitening gel and put in the mouthpiece which has a 20-LED light to make the product work better, leave it in for 10 minutes, spit that out, brush on the enamel care and use the mouthpiece without the light for another 10 minutes, then rinse. Easy and while it doesn't have much of a taste, I couldn't wait to get that thing out of my mouth at the end of 20 minutes.The mouthpiece is rechargeable - the included USB cord is connected to the charging station. It has a timer which would automatically cut the light off after 10 minutes, however, that feature stopped working on the 3rd day, so I had to time each session. Also the power button is so sensitive I was turning it off and on just by picking it up or adjusting it in my mouth even when I was holding it on the sides.My teeth feel smooth after the treatment and I had no pain or sensitivity using this kit. I like the results I've gotten. I'm probably going to buy refills when all of the product is empty and try to at least maintain what I achieved this week. It's a good product and worth a try.

I've been using this product for about 2 weeks now, and I do see a small difference. I've used it everyday, consistently and I will continue to do so.I am NOT pleased with the placement of the power button!!! I'm always turning it off with my lip. POOR PLACEMENT. It's such an annoyance!

I’ve tried several different whitening products over the years, and after a few uses they always make my teeth sensitive. This kid promotes being gentle for sensitive teeth, and so far that is holding true! And unlike many other whitening products, this one does not have that chemical taste to it that makes you want to rinse your mouth out with a soda halfway through the treatment.The kit comes with the whitening gel, the LED mouth piece, a case that stores and charges the mouth piece, the charging cable, and the surprise winner of the total package - a tube of enamel care gel for an after whitening treatment.While it’s not too drastic (yet) I do see a difference in whitening already, and I’m not finished with the 7 day regimen yet. This kit makes it so easy to do a treatment every day, and the mouth piece beeps when your 10 minutes is up so there’s really no easier way to whiten while doing other things around the house. Gone are the days of whitening strips that fall off after half the time, or having to wear an LED mouthpiece that is wired so you’re limited to what you can do. And best of all - no sensitivity after the treatment!

I ordered this 2 times and both times the light didn't work

The entire device is flawed by a touch power button that is impossible to not press in the 10 minute session. The entire LES device is worthless. Whoever designed it should be fired.No design team was consulted. An easy placement of the button at the base or side solves whole issue.
